• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Applicable exchange rates will apply to any international transactions.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from Jayaapp:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or placed on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits.

• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jayaapp and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using another member's account or attempting to steal their information.

• Harassing or behaving abusively toward other members.
